1. Welcome to Bufferbox by Google!

By using Bufferbox by Google (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms, in addition to the Google Terms of Service (the "Google ToS"), collectively the “Terms.” For clarity, Google's provision of the Service described in these Terms constitutes a “Service” as defined in the Google ToS.

2. Your Status

By placing an order through Bufferbox, you warrant that:
  1. You are at least 18 years old; and
  2. Your use of a Bufferbox complies with applicable law.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 When you use the Service, you will:
  1. only use the Service for packages which meet the policies for which packages we will accept (Acceptable Packages). These are described in Section 4;
  2. always give the full BufferBox address and your unique user code (the “BufferBox ID”) to any sender of the package (the “Sender”) as the address for the package; and
  3. ensure that the Sender packs any package securely.
3.2 If you do not pick up your package within 3 business days of receiving notification that you have a package waiting for you, we will remove your package from the pick-up station and notify you and provide you a mechanism to request re-delivery to the pick-up station. If we do not hear from you within 21 days of receiving your first notification that a package was waiting for you, we will return the package to the original Sender. We do not know or control every Sender or have control over the terms each Sender imposes for returns, such as whether it will refund your purchase price. You assume any risk associated with packages you do not pick up. We also reserve the right to deal with, as we see fit, any package which is not an acceptable package.

4. Acceptable Packages

4.1 You must not use the Service to send and collect any package that does not conform to our specifications for weight, size, and contents. Packages that do not conform to these specifications will not be accepted by us at the BufferBox Address. These specifications are:
  1. weight: packages must not be over 65 lbs (including all packaging);
  2. size: packages must not exceed 25 x 22 x 17 inches in any of height, width, or depth;
  3. contents: packages must not contain the following Prohibited Contents. If you are in any doubt as to whether any item would or would not be prohibited under this list, you must contact us on before giving your BufferBox ID to the relevant Sender.
4.2 We may need to change the requirements for Acceptable Packages from time to time to reflect changes in relevant law or our operational methods. We will update our website notifying you of any such changes.
4.3 We may monitor any package received at the BufferBox address, and reserve the right to review any package to confirm whether it is an Acceptable Package. We may also photograph packages to provide evidence of their delivery or other factors (for example, where packages are inadequately packaged or damaged).
4.4 Where we receive any package which is not an Acceptable Package, we may notify you by phone or e-mail to arrange for you to collect it or otherwise deal with it. We may charge you for any costs incurred through handling such packages.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 The price of the Service will be as quoted on our site from time to time. All prices shown on our site do not include applicable sales tax.
5.2 Prices of the Service are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of the Service for which we have already sent you a delivery confirmation.
5.3 Payment for the Service must be completed using the payment options on our site.

6. Ending the Services

6.1 Where we end providing the Services to you, we will not give any refund or waive any fees still due, and we may charge you for the return by post of any of your packages then under our control.
6.2 You may end the Services at any time, though you will still be liable for any unpaid fees or other costs.

7. Customer Support

7.1 In the event that you need additional support, please contact us at
7.2 Where your question relates to a lost or damaged package, you must give us as much relevant information about the package as possible, including:
  1. proof of dispatch by the Sender;
  2. proof of value;
  3. estimates for cost of repair;
  4. invoices, and
  5. in case of damage, a photograph of the package and, if requested by us, the package and its packaging for inspection as soon as possible after you become aware of the loss or damage, and in any event within 21 days of dispatch by the Sender.

8. Our Liability

8.1 Our liability per package for such loss is limited to the lower of:
  1. $100 including applicable sales tax; or
  2. the market value of the contents of the package including applicable sales tax.

9. Marketing

We will hold unsolicited mail from a Sender and you may contact us to arrange pick up. However, if after 21 days, you do not pick up your unsolicited mail, we will return the unsolicited mail to Sender.

10. Events Outside of Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
